What You'll Be Doing

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and team members to identify and resolve software defects and bugs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all support provided aligns with auditing standards and best practices.
  • System Enhancement: Analyze support tickets and contribute valuable insights for system improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to maintain and improve software quality.
