Job description

Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures

Prepare accurate balance sheet and Profit & loss statements

Ensure all suppliers' invoices, credit notes, staff claims, petty cash claims, etc are captured in the system in a timely manner

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective financial systems and controls

Provide financial and strategic advice to support the decision-making process

Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

At least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Finance Manager.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards

Proficient in the use of accounting software.

Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory for communication. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
