We are looking for a Accounting Manager who wants more than routine accounting — someone ready to build the financial backbone of a fast‑scaling Malaysian brand and step into real leadership impact.

In this role, you will lead financial strategy, strengthen cash flow control, drive data‑based decisions, and partner directly with the Founder and leadership team to scale DashOil & ZYNTRAX across nationwide B2B, e‑commerce, and motorsports markets.

This position is ideal for a results‑driven finance professional who enjoys building systems, leading people, and seeing their financial discipline turn into real business growth — with a clear pathway toward senior leadership and CFO‑level exposure.

Financial Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead full financial planning, tax planning, budgeting & rolling forecasts
  • Build dashboards (P&L, cash flow, ROAS, inventory turnover, contribution margin)
  • Partner with CEO and leadership team in strategic decisions
Cash & Risk Control
  • Manage cash flow planning and working capital
  • Oversee collections, credit control & debtor recovery
  • Maintain compliance and internal controls to prevent leakage
Accounting & Reporting
  • Oversee full set of accounts for multiple business units
  • Monthly closing, financial statements & management reports
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks & regulatory bodies
Operations Support
  • Monitor inventory valuation and cost efficiency
  • Support pricing models, promo ROI calculations & sales commissions
  • Improve operational SOPs using financial discipline
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor the Accounting team
  • Set KPI scorecards for finance staff & ensure discipline
