We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Executive to support daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing activities. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records and assist in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts or assist in managing full set (depending on company needs)
• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) duties: invoice processing, payment preparation, vendor reconciliations
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) duties: invoicing, collections follow-up, customer reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accounting entries, journal vouchers, and general ledger updates
• Conduct bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, including reports and schedules
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, and analysis
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Support audit and tax‑related matters by preparing required documents
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Assist with other finance/admin tasks as assigned by the Accountant

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
