Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Receivable support to ensure timely cash flow and enhance the customer experience. You'll play a key part in fostering customer retention and contributing to overall business success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Invoice Management: Manage the entire invoice lifecycle, from generating and sending invoices to customers to accurately posting payments the invoice in the system.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively investigate and swiftly resolve any billing discrepancies or customer disputes to maintain financial integrity and ensure accuracy.
  • Timely & Compliant Collections : Timely submit the invoice to customer to avoid delay in receiving payment.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise and organized records of all invoices, payments, and essential documentation.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships by reconciling, resolving issues, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Proactive Follow-up: Take initiative to follow up on with country to get all the supporting document related also to solve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Effective Communication: Act as a key liaison, communicating seamlessly with customers and internal departments to resolve issues and provide account updates.

What You'll Bring

While 1-2 years of experience is valued, we are open to recent graduates with a relevant Finance or Accounting background.

  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel are required for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Crucial for managing a diverse workload, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining impeccable records.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Fluent Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our Australian counterparts is key.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills for positive and productive interactions with customers and internal teams.

Additional Requirements

  • Working Hours: You will be flexible to work occasionally during Malaysian public holidays to align with Australian business operations.
  • Overtime Flexibility: You are flexible and able to support overtime when needed, especially during month-end closing periods.
