Requirements
  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred—but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting is a plus, but even relevant internship or project experience will be considered.
  • Confident in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Interested in identifying financial risks and providing practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to present complex financial data clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial software for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, able to explain financial insights confidently.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives working independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting principles and tax regulations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely collection and follow-up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain and monitor an up-to-date debtors aging report, proactively tracking overdue accounts.
  • Review and manage customer credit limits and terms, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Analyze customer payment behavior and provide insights for better credit management.
  • Prepare reminder letters or take necessary steps (e.g., CTOS notifications) to secure overdue payments.
  • Generate demand letters to support debt recovery and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and maintain credit notes for discounts, ensuring alignment with company terms and conditions.
  • Produce monthly customer statements and upload invoices to the B2B system to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to credit control, reporting, or process improvements.
