Job Summary

Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM3,000
Budget: Up to RM4,000 (inclusive of all)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Expected Start Date: December – Early January

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and compile supporting documents for various payment types
  • Generate and maintain payment listings
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies for claims submissions
  • Reconcile payout reports and correct inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate and complete payout records
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to claims
  • Prepare reports and analysis for project payouts
  • Support audit activities with documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
