A travel agency in Ipoh, Perak is seeking an administrative role candidate to perform general duties including data entry, managing accounts, and communicating with clients and suppliers. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
Manage general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and reconciling accounts accurately in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls.
Ensure transactions are processed and recorded correctly.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents as necessary.
Provide administrative assistance, financial insights and support to management team
Handle various ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in using MS Excel
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
