Overview

Job Description Summary and Responsibilities for the Southern region in Medical Delivering Solution Segment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Lead Account Manager and all relevant key stakeholders. Play a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to the Medical Delivering Solution Segment.
  • Maintain key relationships with clients and lead the execution of critical sales processes.
  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for the Southern region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure proper management of ongoing fulfilment and delivery. Accountable for regular order-taking, fulfilment, and delivery post-conversion for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, as well as the sales landscape.
  • Carry out market surveys and gather important information on our products and competitors.
  • Conduct in-service trainings for prospective, new and existing customers, and provide product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub-distributor’s sales forces.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical devices.
  • Nursing background or clinical experience is an advantage.
