Job summary

A leading medical device company in Johor is seeking a Sales Manager to manage high-impact opportunities and maintain client relationships. This role involves achieving sales targets, collaborating with stakeholders for order fulfilment, and executing business plans aligned with company strategy. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. The position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical devices.
  • Nursing background or clinical experience is an advantage.

Job Description
  • Works closely with the Lead Account Manager and all relevant key stakeholders. She/He needs to play a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical Delivering Solution Segment
  • Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes
  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for the Southern region.
  • Required to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure proper management of ongoing fulfilment and delivery. Accountable for the regular order‑taking, fulfilment, and delivery post‑conversion for assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, as well as the sales landscape
  • Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
  • Conduct in‑service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub‑distributors’ sales forces.
Job Requirements
