Responsibilities

About the team

The FMCG team drives growth across everyday essentials, from groceries and pets to mothers and babies. We partner with leading brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs.

  • Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
  • Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
  • Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
  • Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
  • Manage mid-and-long tail merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
  • Able to deliver category or sub-category growth plan with solid action plan
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years experience in ecommerce
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills
  • Good analysis skills and able to set up an action plan based on data and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in the Mothers & Babies Category
  • Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point
