Accounts Executive

What You'll Do

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, collections, and general ledger activities
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations and company policies
• Manage tax filings, audit preparations, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
• Review and process invoices and payment documentation accurately and on time
• Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making through timely reports
• Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system (digital & physical)
• Perform reconciliations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA, CPA qualifications are a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments
• Strong knowledge of full set of accounts and tax matters
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• A team player with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
