Job summary

A property management firm in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is urgently seeking an Account Executive. The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, handling cash flow, and attending financial meetings. Candidates should have an SPM or LCCI Diploma with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the property management industry. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. The position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working under pressure to meet targets, with multiple positions available.

Qualifications

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) Urgent Hiring – Immediate Start

preparing full set account for monthly management account.

To prepare weekly bank reconciliation & month end reports / journals.

To prepare financial account in a timely manner

To monitor monthly the cash balances and the aging list for all creditor and debtor.

Attends monthly meeting, EGM and AGM, and present financial reports

Attend meetings with clients, provide clarifications to queries and follow up on issues raised at the meetings.

To prepare statutory tax

Preparation of budgets, forecast, cash flow management

To handle cash flow, treasury and banking activities

Review and monitor day to day activities related to credit and collections and payments

Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary ie. Auditor, tax agent, bankers

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Work together as a team or individually to meet targets

Ensure documents are well organized and filed up to-date

Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner

To complete daily operational duties and assist in ad-hoc general administration assigned from time to time.

Assist the Resident/Building Manager with other tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements (Urgent Hiring – Immediate Start)

Min requirements: SPM / LCCI Diploma or above.

Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in accounting for property management industry and familiar with property management system.

Independent, with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven

Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets

Experience in Property management industry would be an added advantage

Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels

Applicants must be willing to relocate or travel to outstation.

Working hours:

Property Site Office: Monday to Saturday
