Company Background:

We are representing our client which is in F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for an Account Executive to join them.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Solve discrepancy between purchase order and invoice
• Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly
• Review report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items
• Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Accounts Payable are met, these include timely processing and payment of invoices.
• Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI.

Job Requirements

• Professional Qualifications i.e. ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years working experience in a finance managerial position, preferably in related industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
• We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.
• Candidates are required to have a driving license and possess own transport.
• Full-Time position(s).

• Able to work under pressure.
