Job summary

A financial management company in Klang City is looking for a Finance Manager to generate accurate financial reports, manage cash flow, and oversee financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are essential.   • Generate accurate and timely financial reports
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Control and optimize expenses to align with budgetary constraints
  • Maintain the organization’s bookkeeping and accounting processes
  • Maintain and ensure accurate record of financial transactions
  • Ensure payment and collection processes align with established company processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax filing processes
  • Manage invoicing processes and oversee account receivable
  • Supervise accounts payable functions and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Facilitate smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to support other business operations
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate efficient operations
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate purchase of new materials, considering budgetary constraints
  • Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, including maintenance activities and coordination with trade persons
