Job summary

This role is vital for managing and growing relationships with existing customers while driving lead generation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with existing customers.

Job description
The Role

Infovista is looking to hire an Account Executive for the APAC region to manage and grow relationships with existing customers, while also driving systematic lead generation and new business development.

This role is critical to ensuring customer retention, recurring revenue growth, early identification of expansion opportunities, and new logo development across Infovista’s Network Testing and Network Planning portfolios.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to maximize customer lifetime value and build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely execution of maintenance and software renewals
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the installed customer base
  • Proactively engage customers to understand evolving business and technical requirements
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, pipeline, and opportunity data in CRM systems
  • Support Account Directors with account intelligence, customer insights, and opportunity development
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to account plans and customer engagement strategies to drive long-term growth
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer-facing commercial roles, or business development
  • Experience working with telecommunications operators or related ecosystem players (e.g. vendors, infrastructure providers)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales and lead management processes
  • Experience supporting or working alongside field sales or account management teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic
