Qualifications
  • Diploma level or other similar qualification and above
  • Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in accounting field
  • MS office skills required
  • Agile and flexible
  • Eye for detail and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus due to nature of existing client
  • Basic IT knowledge and technique on Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
  • Good communication capabilities, ability to convey ideas to anyone in company
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Responsibilities
  • Able to prepare full set accounts in an accurate and timely manner
  • Able to prepare company tax computation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Preparation and submission of SST and WHT reporting in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure timely submission of personal tax for clients
  • Analyze accounts and provide proper advice
  • Manage to achieve monthly fee and collection KPI set
  • Liaise correspondence from clients, auditors and IRB officers
  • Assist in any ad‑hoc duties as and when assigned
  • Conduct meetings with clients for every completed job
  • Fast response to client to maintain good relationships
