A leading consumer goods company in Malaysia is looking for an experienced accountant to manage invoice processing, financial reconciliations, and cashflow monitoring. The role involves matching purchase orders, verifying documentation, preparing payment vouchers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail and experience in handling supplier invoices and monthly payroll. This position offers an integral role in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency.
Matches the POs with approved marketing expenses after the purchase invoices received.
Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling all the suppliers/vendors invoices before taking into system.
Charge the all expenses according to the brand based on monthly sell-in percentage.
Check all staff claims and petty cash reimbursement claim to ensure all the supporting receipts are attached before processing the payment.
Prepare, check and verify of all payment voucher before sending for Finance Manager to approval.
Print and scan all payment voucher, invoices, staff claims and petty cash reimbursement claim including all supporting document (receipts/cash bill) with approval and arrange properly as per Vivian’s requests before emailing to HQ Singapore for checking.
Issuing monthly payroll and statutory payment after receiving pay note.
After HQ checking all the payments (expenses/staff claims/reimbursement of petty cash), upload all the payments into bank portal for Finance Manager to verify before the authorised signatory to approve.
Receive, verify and photocopy all signed CHQ from HQ Singapore (if any) to keep as a record before releasing to vendor/supplier.
Item charge all the SST paid for the shipments from HQ
Filing all the Payment Vouchers of AP invoices, staff claim & petty cash reimbursement claim properly in monthly basis.
Update, monitor and submit company cashflow statement to Manager on weekly basis.
Scan and email the company bank statement to HQ on monthly basis.
Scan and email the K1 form to HQ on monthly basis.
