Job summary

A Bumiputera-owned contractor in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Account And Administration Executive. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience, and a diploma or degree in finance/accounting. Responsibilities include maintaining the accounting system, handling payments, and HR functions. To succeed, candidates must possess strong computer literacy and interpersonal skills, and it is advantageous to have experience in the construction industry. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Finance/Account qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Experience in accounting in a construction company is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper filing system and all information posted in the accounting system are up to date.
  • Follow-up payment from customers.
  • Handling HR functions such as payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.

Position: Account And Administration Executive

BC BUILDER ENTERPRISE SDN BHD is a fully Bumiputera-owned contractor. It began its journey in the construction industry as a subcontractor and has since grown rapidly in line with the industry's development and its accumulated experience.

Responsibilities
  • Computer literate and know how to use SQL Accounting Systems are up to date.
  • Knowing the full set of accounts.
  • Ensure the proper filing system and all information posted in the accounting system are up to date.
  • Follow-up payment from customers.
  • Handling HR functions such as payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.
  • Liaising with auditors, company secretaries, and government authorities on related job matters.
  • Prepare, review, and submission of Forms E, B, C, and CP204, Kastam (SST) and E-inv.
  • Able to work independently, responsible, organized and smartly working.
  • Responsible for general administration work and other relevant tasks.
Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Finance/Account qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Experience in accounting in a construction company is highly preferred.
  • Computer literacy is a must eg. MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Can start immediately will be an advantage.
