We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at BIOCARE PHARMACEUTICAL' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our Accounting department and contributing to the overall financial operations of the company. What you'll be doing

• Assist the Accounting team in processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records and documentation
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Perform data entry, analysis, and reconciliation tasks as required
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and controls

What we're looking for

• At least 2–3 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience handling full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with auditors and internal teams.
