About the role

Infinity RC Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle project cost allocation, cost tracking, and cost variance analysis
  • Prepare project budgets and cost projections
  • Monitor actual project costs and compare them against budgets
  • Prepare monthly project costing reports
  • Manage daily accounting operations and maintain full sets of accounts
  • Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Process progress claims, certifications, VO, subcontractor payments, and other construction-related documents
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts
  • Assist in monthly closing, year-end closing, audit, and tax submission
  • Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of project costing, construction claims, and subcontractor payments
  • Diplooma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Familiar with accounting software and SQL
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and able to work with team members
