We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at JIAN HANDLING EQUIPMENT SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities
  • Provide support and advice to the management team on financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
What we're looking for
