Job summary

A Malaysian manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to manage a full set of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing banking operations, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. Ideal candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, have 3–5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in SQL Accounting System. This position is crucial for supporting the company’s rapid expansion in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience handling full set of accounts independently.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System or equivalent.
• Able to meet deadlines and deliver accurate financial reports.

• Manage full set of accounts: AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations especially on E-invoicing and SST matters.
• Manage banking and treasury operations (LC/TR/BG and etc).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports, variance analysis, annual financial budget and forecast.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax-related matters.
• Maintain record in SQL Accounting system.
