Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our finance operations at MommyHana, particularly in relation to our Initial Public Offering (IPO) project. The successful candidate will assist the Senior Accountant in preparing accurate financial records, supporting IPO documentation, and ensuring timely compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Assist in preparing financial documentation and supporting reports required for IPO submissions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and tax agents on finance-related matters.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Assist in the preparation of basic financial and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and financial regulations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant or Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic financial principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
  • LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
  • CAT (Certified Accounting Technician – ACCA)
  • Proficiency certification in SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or UBS
  • Familiarity with GST/SST, e-Invois, and financial compliance standards
  • Candidates pursuing ACCA or other professional accounting certifications are encouraged to apply
