We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Plenty Way Consulting Advisory Sdn Bhd' in Puchong, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression and development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage and handle full sets of accounts

Maintain general ledger accounts, ensure proper recording of financial transactions include AP and AR

Perform month-end and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with tax authorities as needed

Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and clients

What we're looking for

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting or reporting role

Proficient in the use of AutoCount accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

Excellent communication (preferred Mandarin and English) and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues

Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve financial issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations in Malaysia
