Job summary

A well-known oil and gas company in Puchong is seeking an Account Executive to manage full set accounting, process invoices, and analyze financial performance. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 1-2 years of accounting experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Mandarin, and English. This position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of working experience in full set accounting.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature.

Responsibilities

  • Managing full set accounting
  • Process and record customer invoices.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Process payments to suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
  • Post journal entries for various transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts

Skills
