Job description

Manage daily accounting functions and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.

Oversee accounts payable, including invoice verification and timely payment processing.

Handle accounts receivable, including preparing and issuing invoices, debit notes (DN), and credit notes (CN).

Prepare monthly financial reports, account schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.

Perform creditor, debtor, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of all transactions.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including timely submission and payment of SST/GST.

Support internal and external audits, tax filings, and daily finance operations.

Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or similar) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).

Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
