Job summary

Job description

Generate accurate and timely invoices for construction projects based on contract terms and project milestones.

Review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to ensure billing accuracy.

Monitor project costs, labor hours, materials usage, and other expenses to reconcile with billing records.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary billing information and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare billing schedules, including milestone billing and progress billing, in accordance with project timelines.

Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation for all construction projects.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment schedules, and overdue invoices.

Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.

Prepare regular reports on billing status, project profitability, and financial performance for management review.

Assist in the implementation of billing process improvements, automation initiatives, and software integrations.

Qualifications
