Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including data entry for AP, AR, and GL.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and analysis.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset listings.
• Compile and submit SST on a bi-monthly basis.
• Create expense analyses and tax compliance documentation.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Involvement in day-to-day accounting operational tasks inclusive of AP, AR and GL data keying into the accounting system.
• Preparation of monthly / annual accounting closing, reporting and financial analysis
• Prepare bank reconciliation and fixed assets listing;
• Compilation of SST and submission on bi-monthly basis.
• Prepare expenses analysis and tax compliance notes as required by tax agent for tax submission.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent;
• Min 3 years related working experience in related field;
• Well-versed in Ms Excel and Accounting Software;
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet timeline;
• Willing to learn, meticulous and accuracy at work is a must;
