Job summary

We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Moscon (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading property development, construction, and Trading company based in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial accounting and reporting services to support the growth and success of our business.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations

Conduct regular financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements

Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and procurement teams, to provide financial insights and support

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Provide support to the wider finance team as needed

What we're looking for

5+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the property development, construction, or trading industries

Strong technical skills in accounting, including a thorough understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis

Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of producing accurate and reliable financial information

Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as SQL systems and spreadsheet applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders

A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable
