Job description

This full-time Account Executive position at Letrik MK Sdn Bhd is located in Ipoh, Perak. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and statements.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations

Maintaining general ledger accounts, performing bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow

Generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis

Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed

What we're looking for

Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards

Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial management tools

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
