  • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, bills, and invoices.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of employees.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash statements.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and salary statements.
  • Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and statutory compliance.

  • Assist in monthly and annual financial reports
  • Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records
HR Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate payroll processing and salary statements
  • Handle employee queries related to HR and payroll
  • Support performance appraisal and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in training, engagement, and HR initiatives
