Job description

Performing day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations and financial reporting for property investment company.

Full set account knowledge is preferable.

Manage company properties, monthly rental collections and expenses.

Maintaining and updating financial records and databases.

Providing administrative support, including managing office supplies, correspondence and filing.

Manage and oversee the tenancy agreements and any issue arise from tenants.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.

Maintain proper accounting records and filing system, ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e-Invoice, SST, etc.).

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in a small practice or SME environment.

At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in using accounting software (SQL) and MS Office suite.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Able to read & understand Mandarin will be an advantage).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferable.
