We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team at YING YOU TRADING SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Setapak Kuala Lumpur. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our overall accounting operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
  • Providing support to the accounting team in various administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide accurate financial information
What we’re looking for
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
