A reputable company in Malaysia is looking for a Stock Admin / Purchasing to manage stock control and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant experience and holds a diploma in accounting. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role is integral to successful inventory management and documentation.
Timely prepare PV and e-payments to suppliers, To ensure proper document filings.
To assist in Audit and tax matter.
Any other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in AutoCount accounting system will be an added advantage. Computer literacy (MS Office).
Must have good knowledge of English and Mandarin.
