Responsibilities
  • Issue monthly invoices and maintain accurate and complete invoicing records
  • Handle daily finance documentation, filing and record keeping in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare, process and follow up on payment applications with proper supporting documents
  • Perform payments and fund transfers via online banking platforms in compliance with internal controls
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly authorised, recorded and traceable
  • Assist with daily cashier and finance-related administrative duties
  • Support the finance team in other ad‑hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in account or related finance roles (preferred)
  • Familiar with online banking operations and basic payment procedures
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and professional ethics
