We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant - AP to join our Accounts Payable team at Global View Engineering Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.

What you'll be doing

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address queries and resolve issues
• Support the month‑end close process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
