Persatuan Kebangsaan Autisme Malaysia / The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) – Damansara, Selangor

This is a full-time role based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya at PERSATUAN KEBANGSAAN AUTISME MALAYSIA / THE NATIONAL AUTISM SOCIETY OF MALAYSIA (NASOM), a non-governmental organisation that provides services and assistance to people with autism.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Account Executive in managing day-to-day finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and basic reconciliations.
  • Help prepare full sets of accounts under supervision, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial and management reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records and ensure all entries are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirement & Skills
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Business / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with accounting software, Sage 300 ERP systems are advantageous.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, teamwork, and good time management.
