• Handle rewards and product samples for events.
• Assist with daily packing and delivery logistics.

Job description

Managing upgraded SQL Accounting and SQL Stocks Control.

To manage supplier payments and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Managing rewards, sponsorships and product samples for specialist doctors, hospital events, doctors’ events, public healthcare events and trade shows.

Assist with daily packing of stocks, arrange collections and deliveries with courier company and monitoring transportation of goods from manufacturers / vendors/ ingredient suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience necessary.
• Detail oriented, organized and a neat person.
• Have high expectation of own self’s performance and personal principle to complete task in time.
• Have a passion for travelling and enjoys indoor as well as outdoor work.
