Job description

RM1,800 to RM3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations (e.g., filing, document handling, maintaining office supplies).
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing office calendars.
  • Assist in human resource tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes.
  • Handle partial sets of accounts (e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable).
  • Prepare and issue invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records.
  • Assist in bookkeeping, including reconciling accounts, managing petty cash, and processing payroll.
  • Support in tax filings, including GST/SST and income tax.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients regarding payments or services.
  • Assist in preparing documents for audits or liaising with auditors.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SPM/STPM holders with relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role (administrative or accounting).
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be accepted for entry-level positions.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, SQL, UBS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language required: Mandarin and English.
  • Skills required: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel and Invoicing.
