Responsibilities

• Handle company payroll and ensure timely salary payment.
• Manage statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, SST, and company tax submission.
• Prepare and process payments to customers and suppliers (银行出钱进钱).
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Assist in general accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure all financial processes comply with company policies and Malaysia regulations.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting when needed.
