Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling and office management.
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Handle payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems.
  • Provide support to other departments.
