Job description

This is a full-time Account Assistant position at CJ RESOURCES PTE LTD based in Johor, MY. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting team with a variety of day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company's finances.

What you’ll be doing
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accounting records
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Conduct basic financial analysis and provide support for month‑end and year‑end processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers, to resolve accounting‑related queries
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
