Job summary

A law firm in Penang is seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial records and assist with invoicing and reporting. What you'll be doing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other analytical documents
  • Liaise with clients to address any billing or accounting inquiries
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and other office-related tasks
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes
