We are an established law firm located in First Subang Office Tower (SS15 Courtyard)—a vibrant commercial hub with excellent accessibility, situated right next to the SS15 LRT Station. We are looking for a committed Account & Admin Executive to support our accounting and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle day‑to‑day accounting and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and manage documents such as:
    • Quotations
    • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative duties and office support
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal staff when required
Requirements
  • Candidates with legal firm experience and/or proficiency in AutoCount will be given priority
  • Applicants with SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree qualifications are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
