A dynamic company in Malaysia is looking for an administrative assistant to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include managing documents, coordinating shipping, and providing support to various departments. A diploma (LCCI or equivalent) is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with on-site training provided. Assist in daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Manage documents, records, and other data
Coordinate and arrange shipping documents and courier services
Provide administrative support to finance, HR, and other departments
Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager
LCCI, Diploma or equivalent qualification and above
Fresh graduates are welcome, we will provide on site training
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
Proficient in office software (e.g. Autocount, Microsoft Office)
Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and organizational skills
Salary negotiable (based on experience and capability)
5.5 day work week
