Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
  • Accounts Payable: Managing the accounts payable process by verifying and recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling statements.
  • Accounts Receivable: Generating invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and following up on overdue payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Comparing bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budget and Forecast Preparation: Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing past financial data, and helping create future financial plans, including cash flow management.
  • Assisting with Audits: Providing support during internal or external audits by gathering documentation and answering inquiries.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Filing paperwork, responding to emails or inquiries, and maintaining organized financial records.
