Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical servicing, machinery maintenance, printer or 3D printer repair.
• Able to read technical manuals and service instructions.
• Willing to travel for on-site support and possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission 3D printers at customer sites or in-house.
• Conduct printer calibration, testing, and quality checks to ensure optimal print performance.
• Provide technical support, on-site servicing, and after-sales support to customers.

Skills

Problem-solving skills

Communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia

Hands-on experience with 3D printers

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Industrial)
