• Supervise and provide direction to engineering staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all engineering activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and support production goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the engineering team to foster professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or Automotive industry.
• 3 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, equipment maintenance, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with MS project, Advanced Excel, Power BI
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and other problem-solving tools like FMEA or 8D.
• Knowledge of IATF and ISO14001 regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Advanced English Skills

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or similar methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, such as PLCs, robotics, and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle.
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and other problem-solving tools like FMEA or 8D.
• Certification as a Lead Auditor for IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 regulatory compliance standards
