Position Title: Video Producer & Editor
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Marketing
Location: Mexico City-Hybrid
General Purpose:
To lead the creation, production, and editing of high-quality multimedia content—including video, photography, podcasts, and livestreams—that communicates complex financial concepts in engaging and visually compelling ways, supporting the company's fintech brand and audience engagement across Latin America.
Specific Objectives (:12 months):
- Independently plan, produce, and deliver multimedia content (video, podcast, photography) in support of marketing and educational initiatives.
- Become the creative lead for content production workflows, optimizing video quality, brand consistency, and distribution strategy across channels.
Key Activities:
- Plan, produce, and edit professional-grade multimedia content, including webinars, promotional videos, educational clips, social media snippets, and event recaps.
- Capture and produce high-quality photography and video footage from events, trade shows, and expos for various marketing uses.
- Direct and manage live podcast sessions, ensuring seamless streaming and engaging delivery across platforms.
- Manage the full video production lifecycle—from pre-production and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Collaborate with content managers, designers, and social media teams to align visual storytelling with brand strategy.
- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Adobe AI) to enhance efficiency and storytelling.
- Monitor multimedia content performance, using analytics to inform creative decisions and optimize future content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and technical specifications.
- React swiftly to evolving production needs, tight timelines, and opportunities for real-time content creation.
Requirements
Key Competences:
- Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and AI-enhanced content platforms.
- Strong experience in multimedia content creation (video, podcast, photography) in fintech, digital marketing, or financial services.
- Proven ability to produce and direct live podcasts and streaming events.
- Sharp visual storytelling skills with a strong creative portfolio.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly for content capture; valid passport required.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI-assisted video editing and creative automation tools (e.g., Pictory, Adobe Firefly, Descript).
- Familiarity with financial topics including forex, CFDs, and trading strategies.
- Background in educational video production or fintech-focused content marketing.

Assessment Process:
